Our services are chargeable, and you will be quoted a fixed fee depending on the scope of the project and services required, and we will discuss this with you at our initial meeting. Pricing is very transparent, there are no hidden extras or surprises, and in most cases having your own project manager can actually help save money on your project, and ensure everything is right first time, to agreed costs, specification and quality standards.
We are experienced and qualified project managers and surveyors, fully insured and Police/DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) checked for your reassurance. If you engage us we work for you, and will ensure your best interests are served.

A carpenter & joiner by trade, with a diverse background which has given him a wealth of skills and experience in construction and construction management, including the project management of a wide range of residential and commercial refurbishment projects. John’s experience includes the management and development of local authority special needs housing services in West London, and development of home adaptations services for people with a disability. Experience over recent years includes senior management and commercial development roles, whilst also managing a number of residential property redevelopments.
